QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for new team members to provide worldwide customer support to the OAM component of our CVOIP Solution.
Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering
Knowledge on Unix and Linux operating systems
Knowledge on database, SQL and Oracle
Knowledge on Java
Knowledge on IP, VoIP technologies
Previous experience on ATCA based systems is a plus
Fast Troubleshooting
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good communication skills; ability to build trust and influence
Good analytical skills, and being eager to develop and take on responsibility
Completed military service or deferred at least 2 years(for male candidates)
Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective
Identify and resolve application and platform related configuration, software issues reported from Customer sites
Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule
Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers
