Sales & Project Supervisor- University degree in Engineering,
- Fluent in English, German is a plus,
- Mn. 5 years Automotive Experience preferably in the field of Stamping,
- Project Management and Team Leading Experience,
- Sales Business Development Experience,
- No restrict for travel,
- Analytical thinking, strong and efficient communication skills and positive approach in working environment are the desired competencies
İŞ TANIMI
- Sales & Project Supervisor will be responsible from management of the launch projects as well as the sales activity and customer management,
- Meet the QOS targets of the department,
- Flawless project launch and deliver tools to serial life without problems,
- First time right PPAP approvals,
- Maintain and/or improve the EBIT level of projects,
- High level of Customer satisfaction, no customer claims in project phase,
- Contribution to business development and New external customer each year,
- Determining and contributing to management objectives and coordinating the company's mission, vision and strategies within its responsibility,
- To manage and improve the Sales and Projects Launch Process, to set process goals, to monitor and improve its effectiveness, and to achieve the targeted results,
- To ensure integration of customer requests to company processes and quality systems,
- Use market, sector and competitor analyzes, customer visits, satisfaction / perception surveys and other sources of information, identify current and future expectations for our products and services, coordinate the improvement efforts,
- To ensure the completion of the project in a complete and timely manner with management responsibility, to provide the project profitability, to support the clients to communicate, to complete the project period within the scope of APDS and to provide customer satisfaction,
- To prepare the sales budget periodically, to analyze the market and customer forecasts, to make the best sales forecast and to realize the budget between the target deviation limits,
- To maximize sales profitability,
- To follow, support, coach and lead all activities of sales and project team leaders, to measure and improve their performances, to contribute to individual developments,
- Provide an environment of mutual trust and loyalty by establishing excellent Customer-Autoliv relationships at every level,
- Following the developments in the sector closely, making comparisons, following the innovations and developments, working on all these to apply to the Autoliv Stamping Group
- To meet the requirements of environment, quality and work safety system, to realize improvements.
