• University degree preferably in engineering, MBA is an asset,
• Good command of English,
• Experience over processes and art of functions in international companies,
• Experience in exposure to handle inter-cultural problems,

• The ability to schedule and manage people and projects,
• Driving license with no restriction of mobility.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinates and manages purchasing activities in product projects and brings commodity and category strategy into the product development process (PEP),
• Drives purchasing work content along product engineering/development process (PEP process),
• Partner of project leader and part of cross-functional project team (incl. product phase-in team/phase-out team, etc.),
• Ensures that material group strategies and corresponding supplier portfolios from GCMs of CM, CT and (relevant) IC are applied in projects,
• Ensures fulfillment of project targets (investments, target costs, etc.) for purchasing and manages lead times for timely awarding (e.g. with "sourcing plan"1) creation, execution), contract tracking – and secures that part tracking list is updated from purchasing side,
• For projects (e.g. cross-sites) with sub-PPE-structure needed, one PPE will be enabled as team lead ("primus inter pares"),
