     * Construction site office administrative experience
     * Good knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
     * Good command of English (written and spoken)
     * Strong communication skills
     * Ability to work with international teams
     * Ability to prioritize and organize job responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment 
     * Time management skills and ability to multitask
     * Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with management and co-workers
     * Excellent in servicing mentality with multiple companies and people

What else do I need to know?

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Power and Gas Division, we are looking for a Site Administrator to work with us in our construction site office in Ankara. This role will be responsible for performing a wide range of entry to mid-level administration activities that serve to support the construction site.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Administrative duties to support the site office with any site/project related administrative needs
     * Responsible from the administrative site organization including camp administration, arrangement of office cleaning, etc.
     * Manage Site Office supplies and office equipment requirements,
     * Local purchasing activities for daily site office requirements within the defined limits
     * Handling of site expenditures with the guidance of Commercial Project Manager and Site Manager
     * Maintenance and protection of Site Offices, assets and rental equipments
     * Supervision and maintenance of company cars as per declared guidelines
     * Dealing with housing agents for accommodation of new colleagues/delegated personnel
     * Dealing with Police registration of Delegates; Resident Permits
     * Follow up the temporary equipments delivered to site
     * Any other administrative tasks defined by the Site Manager and/or Project Management
