• University degree in preferable MIS, Informatic, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar fields
• Experience in related functions, such as Process Optimization, Business Analysis, Project Management is a plus
• Ability to communicate appropriately with various positions in international and local business environment,
• Excellent multinational interpersonal, problem solving, communication skills are required,
• Analytical minded, target oriented, resistant to stress and believes in team working, 
• Fluent English knowledge is must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Excellent Microsoft office skills are must; algorithm mindset, SQL and SharePoint usage is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring optimum and up to date processes within the company by using process management tools,
• Managing consulting projects with cross-functional interface and high complexity,
• Designing business analyzing models by using business development tools,
• Consult Organization for simplifying manuel work with follow-up systems
• Consulting the organization by defining Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) according to the knowledge of process management, 
• Deploying and training internal customers about process management
