QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in communications, public relations, management or related disciplines
· Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience in digital communications and social media management preferably in online and/or offline fashion companies
· Passion for using social media channels and a deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands in social media
· Proven digital experience launching and growing social networking initiatives across online and mobile
· Experience in creating and adapting content for each specific channel with basic skills in copywriting, design, basic photography and videography, positioning and basic technologies
· Ability to dig into & analyze data and draw actionable insights for business partners
· Strong organization, planning and communication skills
· Excellent team leadership and project management skills

We are seeking a Digital Communications Manager to lead our team to implement strategies to achieve our global objectives for digital channels to strengthen our brand message, raise awareness and engagement.
· Establish and manage all digital channels ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) forthe brand globally
· Plan, create, publish and manage digital content for each channel and customer segment
· Develop and manage digital projects for business units
· Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way
· Monitor customer engagement and identify new ways to activate participation and feedback
· Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative environment with business units
· Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content related to brand and business
· Report notable threats to management
· Perform ongoing evaluation of brand digital environment including competitive landscape
· Monitor trends in digital & social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
· Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
· Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
