Qualifications:
·         Professional accounting qualification/university degree, CPA is plus
·         Min. 5-6 years' Experience in finance/ accounting and auditing within a multinational (manufacturing) environment or a Big4
·         Strong knowledge of US GAAP; exposure to Sarbanes Oxley
·         Strong knowledge of Local Country statutory reporting requirements
·         Experience of best practice implementation/end to end process improvement in accounting & reporting
·         Able to work as part of a team, adhere to company standard processes, practices & policies
·         Strong professional presence
·         Developed leadership skills; experience in deploying strategic change and building organizational capability
·         Excellent working knowledge of the English language
·         Effective communication, willingness to cooperate

Financial Reporting & Compliance Analyst

Primary Function:
 
The primary function of this role is to lead accounting & reporting services for Polimer Kaucuk, maintain and improve Compliance environment and support the accounting manager.
 
Essential Functions:
·         Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and compliance to (Eaton / Polimer) internal policies
·         Coordinate and drive deliverables around Eaton’s Compliance requirements (including BS reconciliations, DSA’s, Internal Audits)
·         Drive continuous improvements around Compliance, both within Finance as outside (Crossfunctional Stakeholders in Sales / Plant)
·         Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, which include (providing guidance on) journal processing in line with US GAAP and Local Tax Law
·         Oversee inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
·         Maintain relations with internal and external Compliance stakeholders including E&Y Audit Team, Internal Audit, Regional Compliance managers
·         Address GL and interface (Oracle vs. MFG PRO) Issues
·         Support actively ERP upgrade (“Unify”) and other relevant projects
·         Interface with management in various departments, including production, engineering, sales operations, IT and legal.
