QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  University degree 
  • Sales experience minimum 6 years 
  • Driving license
  • Military service completed(for male candidates)
  • Experience in Telecommunication 
  • Experience in  Key Account sales
  • Fluent English
  • Responsible for the Large Accounts Segment 
  • Manages a  team of  4-5  Sales Executives


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Large Accounts Sales Manager  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Large Accounts Sales Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Own and execute sales strategy for large account customers in İstanbul
  • Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets, people etc.)  are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver business results in İstanbul Large Account segment
  • Establish and develop best sales teams to ensure that sales targets are realized
  • Motivate and develop team members with Ready approach
  • Manages a  team of  4-5 Sales Executives
  • Ensure that sales team members have necessary capabilities to be able to sell solutions and fixed products
  • Develop direct reports to ensure appropriate succession plans are in place.
  • Ensure all actions of VF employees are inline with company policies. Take respective actions when these policies are violated.
  • Monitor the performance of direct reports and ensure every team member performs in line with the targets. Take corrective actions on time.
  • Establish and develop territorial direct distribution network inorder to ensure that all Vodafone products for Large SME’s are served on time in quality.
  • Ensure all Sales and Marketing strategies are applied with required standarts by VF teams and all respective channels so that annual sales, revenue, NPI and quality targets are achieved.
  • Ensure all actions taken by business patners and channels are inline with VF Turkiye policy and procedures.
  • Ensure  all activities are  applied inline with time tables and budgets so that VF Turkiye can achieve its annual results and revenue targets.a
  • Establish effective relations with other departments so that Large Accounts Team  can handle business more effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish effective relations with the key customers and kingpins within Large Account Segment to ensure that VTAS is the preferred supplier for telecomunication.
  • Monthly business updates
  • Performance monitoring on sales executive basis
  • Business plans for the department (Full proposition on quarter basis in terms of budget and human resources)
