• Degree qualified in Business, Telecommunications, Management Information Systems (MIS) or an Engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years experience.
• Significant Experience of Project Management and Process Management.
• Deep Understanding of Project Plan, Work Breakdown Structure.
• Result Oriented.
• Excellent Problem solving skills.
• Experience in Project Management. 
• Experience in FTTH Infrastructure Management and GIS

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a FTTH Field Rollout Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Fiber& Transmission Rollout Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Managing and reporting all FTTH installation processes
• Managing FTTH infrastructure installations (Constructions,cablings etc.)
• Managing  field processes with vendors and audit firms
• Working with other departments and with vendors to solve problems which are occurred during FTTH implementation processes
• Controlling Acceptance test Procedure at FTTH implementations
• Managing and providing FTTH Projects on time.
• Analyzing the process improvement activities of FTTH operations and finding solutions.
• Attending meetings with other Telecom infrastructure, Roll-out and transmission group to develop new solutions.
• Controlling FTTH Plans and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Controlling FTTH operation progress, the work processes of Vendors and audit firms, following the completion of the work daily.
• Attending weekly meetings with vendor and audit firm for following of the FTTH processes.
• Comparing the infrastructure audit lists and the standardized reports  on the field.
• Controlling FTTH projects progress, the work process of Vendors and audit firm.
