GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

- 4 year university graduate (Computer, Mathematics, Electronic)
- Experience in related field (3+ years) for CRM
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Strong commercial and risk management acumen
- Experience in Telecom & multinational company is a plus
- Experience in corporate and mass market products
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a CRM&Online Services Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Customer&Online Services Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Management of deployment process on the planned deployment dates.
- Management of integration between CRM system and other systems , like Billing, TT.
- Service management for CRM and online services, work as Level 2 for problems and incidents.
- Management of new product definition and management of products and campaigns within the CRM and Billing systems.
