• B.Sc / Msc  in  Mechanical Engineering,
• 1-5 year Plant experience
• PLM- SAP knowledge  
• Project Management Experience
• Advanced level in writing & speaking for English
• CAD Program knowledge
• Manufacturing Processes Knowledge.
• Control Theory and System Control Knowledge is a plus
• Process Flow and Process Control Knowledge
• Additive Manufacturing Preferable.
• Green Belt or Above 6 Sigma
• No limitation for travelling frequently
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

İŞ TANIMI

Arcelik is looking for a Process  Specialist  for Production Technologies Directorate.
 
The successful candidate will maintain the global approach for production engineering & collaboration among all of the 18 plants of Arcelik throughout the world.
 

• Candidate will responsible to establishing Factory of Future on base of Arçelik Strategies.
• Developing new algorithms and approach to optimize and correlate process inputs and outputs digitalizing process of Arçelk.
• Collaboration with Global Companies and managing global project related todigital transformation.
• Process design, Layout Optimization, Feasibility Study of Green field/Brown Field Project and good relation and integration of different department.
• Researching new technologies and implementing in Arçelik Process.
