QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Daimler AG builds up an IT-Competence Center in Turkey. SAP & Rollout Shared Service (SR ShS) has two targets. In one hand; the Service for the SAP environment will be consolidated and on the other hand; the processes for all types of IT-Rollouts (SAP and NonSAP) will be standardized.
In the context of application development and operation (Service Delivery, Service Operation and Rollout Projects) the worldwide activities will be bundled in the future within Mercedes Benz Türkiye A.Ş. The rollout factory will provide an industrialized model for rollouts to reduce cost and increase agility and quality for Europe Region.
For this challenge we are seeking new Colleagues/colleagues, who will support us as Senior Consultants in SAP module SolMan.

Tasks:

Application Consultant for SAP implementation and support in SAP SolMan module,
Coordination with the development team for the realization of functional design,
Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions,
Monitoring processes: SolMan processes,
Monitoring of existing SAP SolMan solutions and adapt to new business requirements,
Accompaniment of internation SAP Roll-Outs and support in implementation projects,
Optimizing the SolMan processes and error analysis and correction,
Analysis and design of efficient SolMan processes and their technical implementation in SAP SolMan via Customizing.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of IT processes and tools to be able to use the skills policies and procedures of the company,
Understanding of consumer needs and implementation of solutions,
Coordinate complex changes and is actively aiming to achieve best results regardless obstacles, setbacks and uncertainties,
SAP Experience as Senior Consultant in SolMan Modul,
Profound knowledge in SolMan,
Ideally, knowledge of ABAP – Programming,
Flexible with respect to international Project assignments within the line function,
High commitment and ability to work under pressure, team player,
Customer oriented and excellent communication skills,
Intercultural competence,
Willingness to learn new topics and apply in their daily work,
Analytical Thinking,
University degree in computer science or a similar degree,
At least 3 years of Experience,
Language: German and/or English
