• Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline.
• 0-1 year experience.
• Good technical background of IP network technologies.
• Basic knowledge in IP Network toubleshooting activities.
• Basic understanding of Data network.
• Basic understanding of GSM, Data, Internet Technologies, GPRS, VoIP & Signaling.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Technical qualification in a network related subject and relevant accreditations from network supplier.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a  CPN Level 1 Monitoring Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting IP CPN 2nd Level Ops.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
 

• To perform monitoring, level1 operations, and incident management activities of CPN  Network on 7 day, 24 hour basis
• Monitor alarms related with entire CPN network (Core ASR-GSR routers, 76xx, aggregation routers, 65xx core switches, 4948 edge switches, Access Points and  Data Services devices  GGSN- SGSN - Allot - Byte Mobile  etc.)  and take necessary actions to resolve the problem on a 7 day, 24 hour basis.
• To inform & escalate problems to L2 according to pre-determined workflows.
• To communicate and redirect problems to other groups in case the probable cause is located in other domains.
• To collect logs and traces in order to support the resolution of the problems.
• Create incident observation reports for all shifts.
• Providing first line support to Corporate customers.
• Communicate / coordinate with third parties to escalate/ manage problems related to their systems.
