QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a HUB Shipments Responsible to be employed in Purchasing Department in Çerkezköy Plants with the following qualifications:
- University degree in related fields,
- 1-3 years experience in Shipment Organisation,
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Good level of know-how on Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Analytical minded, creative, strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Attention to details,
- Action/result oriented,
- Team oriented,
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.
İŞ TANIMI
- Organising and tracking shipments from suppliers to BSH HUB,
- Planning loadings from BSH to Factories,
- Organising and tracking mainrun shipments from BSH HUB to Factories,
- Creating service invoices to customers,
- Reporting HUB activities weekly and monthly,
- Contacting with suppliers, forwarders and factories to ensure safe and on time shipments,
- Ensuring supplier portal usage.
Preferred Candidate
1 - 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
