MOBILE / WEB FRONT END DEVELOPER

• Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 3 years of experience in Front-End development
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts
  At least 3 years of experience in CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android, Web browser standards
• Expertise using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and/or CSS3, XML, XSL
• Strong JavaScript in addition to AT LEAST one of the following libraries/frameworks:
  • jQuery
  • Bootstrap.js
• Manage multiple assigned project tasks in a strict deadline-driven environment
• Experience with the following technologies highly desired, but not required:
  • ASP.NET/ ASP.NET MVC
  • .NET 4.0 Framework
• Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent problem-solving ability with a strong sense of curiosity
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Translate business objectives and user needs into functional, navigation, and user interaction requirements and design patterns
• Rapidly mock up iterations and solutions to geeky, technical usability issues Share and communicate designs with a distributed team and drive change and innovation through thoughtful user-centered designs
• Evaluate existing designs against recognized design principle and propose alternative solutions where designs could be improved
• Help clients assess the usability of finished designs through review and user studies
