• University degree or above, preferably Computer/Software Engineering
• 4-7 years of experience in Software Development (PL/SQL, Java, C#.NET, PHP, ASP)
• Experience of international projects and multicultural work environment is an asset 
• Preferably with a background of network, hardware project implementations
• High analytical thinking, excellent synthesis skills
• Excellent listening, communication and relationships
• Training and coaching abilities, able to deal with users’ daily requests
• Efficiency and continuous improvement mindset
• Great sense of UI & autonomy
• Foreign languages: Fluent English is a must, French is much appreciated

• Proficiency in process design tools
• Proficiency in server-client application infrastructure & network
• Proficiency in cloud tool implementations

İŞ TANIMI

• Implements and participates in IT support process, in cooperation with Key Users and with the service providers
• Follows-up resolution of IT incidents
• Manages configurations and solves problems on cloud applications
• Responsible from practical organisation of the local implementations: UATs, user training, communication of changes, process adaptations related to the project, data migration
• Manages maintenance of TEB Arval systems ( ie: telephone system, digital archiving ) in line with the business framework with Arval IT and ensure efficient functioning within the agreed service
