QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bachelor degree from related deparments,
· Minimum 4 years of related experience especially in talent management, succession planning, training and development,
· Strategy execution expertise in talent management methodologies including employee and leadership and talent pipeline development,
· Previous experience leading with senior executives and ability to build effective working relationships are key to success in this role,
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and keep several complex programs moving, while remaining agile during times of changing priorities,
· Experience in a role which requires building strong business partner relationships,
· Advanced level of spoken and written English,
· Sound decision-making and organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills,
· Having Project management experience,
· Proficiency in MS Office products,
· Ability to work independently and in team settings,
· Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility,
· Enjoy working in an international atmosphere,
· Able to travel when required.
İŞ TANIMI
· Partner with the Director of HR and Learning & Development Manager to design and execute the company’s overall talent strategy to align with the business’ short and long term strategic plans,
· Designing and implementation of talent development programs that aim to identify and develop the organization's talent pool,
· Facilitate the talent assessment, succession planning and development plan execution,
· Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of career path while enhancing job skills and competencies,
· Monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness,
· Manage the administration of learning and development activities, including scheduling trainers, employees, vendors and facilities, and coordinating materials and logistics,
· Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen,
· Develop and implement leadership development program,
· Analyse training needs, develop and implement training&development solutions accordingly,
· Support local and global organizational development projects.
