QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Terminal Product Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Mobile &Terminal Product Sn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- To execute the full lifecyle of terminal products from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement through ownership of the product specifications and support material.
- Relationship Management
- To sustain relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for Enterprise terminal products and propositions to achieve product KPIs.
- Collaboration
- To collaborate with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products
- Product Development
- To Cooperate with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed.
- Product Delivery
- To Drive multi-functional teams for perfect product delivery
- Competition Analysis
- To Analyze competitors’ products and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
