İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a COMDATA Mobil Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Customer Operations Business Partners Sn.Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Managing and monitoring 44 Mio opex and 7 Mio SRC budget
  • Leading and implementiıng Partner strategy for releated partner
  • Manage all mobileand fix inbound, outbound and telesales KPIs set for the outsourced serviced providers
  • Monitoring partner performance and reporting to management
  • •To control the outsourcing partners’ performance, impact and KPI’s
  • Define outsource inbound,outbound and telesales  KPIs in accordance with VF budget and monitor the budgets allocated for the outsourced service providers
  • Set KPIs for the outsourced service providers in alignment with VF objectives
  • Reconcile the payments against the invoices issued by the outsourced service providers
  • Ensure coordination between VF and vendors in inbound, outbound and telesales activities
  • Inspect service providers on site and ensure that any appropriate actions are taken
  • Management of all processes relating to activities
  • Changing and improving the work processes for the improvement of activities
  • To coordinate and integrate the outsourcing projects related to the customer services’ strategic priorities
  • To monitor-control an annual budget
  • To supply the input for building and realization of execution the outsourcing strategy of Customer Services
  • Align with Customer Services strategy
  • Involve with VF Group for best practices and benchmarks

More than 8 years of experience
