• University degree in relevant subject area
• Min. 4 years years of category/brand management experience
• Knowledge of market trends, consumer needs and competitor strategies
• High level of coordination amongst marketing functions. Ability to build relationships with Regional Brand Marketing and Global.
• High level of visibility and accountability for the business results.
• Fluency in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Supporting  Category Manager to build Category strategies including high level profit plan, resources to achieve profit plan (pages, SOL, GWP, etc), competitors overview, brand advertising, major hits activation, new products overview
• Working with Category Manager to build category plans to support business growth
• Following market trends, consumer needs and gaps to contribute building category / brand portfolio
• Running the analysis from previous performance (From GSAM) and producing the new product briefs
• Reviewing and collating data on prior year plan, from a category perspective, and input into the planning process.
• Consolidating data, analyzing data and executing the plan created by the Category Manager using inputs into the process.
• Providing relevant information on product launches / products to highlight for the quarter
• Supporting the Category Manager with the review of space allocation of the assigned Category
• Developing the Category Pagination i.e. where each product will sit per spread for each campaign in the quarter
• Using the finalised pagination uploaded into MAPS to produce the Category Leader List
• Working with Demand Planning to review Category performance against plan and propose solutions to close gaps
• Accountable for producing creative briefs for single category spreads
• Attending the Conceptual Forum and providing feedback
• Attending the Category Review Meeting and reviewing spreads post Conceptual Forum and making tweaks to fulfill Category Requirements and consumer needs
• Responsible for the Clerical checks of PDFs at Final Look Review to check there are no problems
• Jointly responsible for the final check of the Campaign at the Editorial Review
• Reviewing the trend report from a Category perspective and proving commentary
• Preparing contingency plan business cases based on the Trend Report
• Accountable for development of the team to drive for raising the talent within the team to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Assess and create future development options and succession
• Integrating and aligning with matrix stakeholders such as Commercial Strategy, Campaign, Creative, Field, Finance etc
