Development Engineer - Simulation

• University degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
• Team work, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Detailed Finite Element Analysis knowledge, ANSYS preferred
• Good knowledge in elastostatics and strength theory
• Basics in 3D CAD
• Good communication skills, methodic working and cooperative team work

• Preparation of CAD Models for Meshing, Setup complex simulation models
• Detailed stress assessment of Rail components or assemblies
• Joining international development team meetings
• Suggest design optimization based on calculation results
• Support fatigue lifetime calculation and assessment
• Support for Risk Assessment of manufacturing deviations
