Copack Operations Specialist

UNILEVER

• University degree in Engineering Departments (preferably in Industrial Engineering)
• Fluent in English 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Willing to live in Konya

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports business requirements by ensuring innovations and existing products support Unilever’s quality, cost, customer service and continuous improvement objectives
• Responsible for the development and deployment of the SC strategies into repacking activities
• Ensures that long term sourcing and capacity planning are aligned between Unilever’s ambition and the repacker
• Provides input to the Make or Buy analysis in respective functional areas
• Responsible for Operational issue resolution in areas such as quality, customer service, production issues and material supply constraints, stock discrepancies between warehouse and repacker.  Identifies performance “triggers” and engages Unilever Category expertise and support (Quality, Technical, etc.).  Lead incident and issue investigation
• Responsible for validating the best efficiency of the production line and conducting time studies for existing and new products
• Responsible for monitoring KPIs, schedule attainment, contractual compliance, continuous improvements, cost savings opportunities, project and innovation management
• Shares best practices and lessons learned across the Categories and Clusters (where competitively possible)
• Ensures that the 3PM validates implementation of new standards, new processes, new materials, new suppliers and other changes with risk tolerances aligned with Unilever
• Ensures the basics are in place such as USQS
• Ensure health & safety standards are understood and implemented by the 3PM. Support 3PM with health & safety mindset program
• Verifying repacker invoices as per production output and approving them
