QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As our new Sales Engineer you will be responsible of Substation Automation Systems and Products in Power Grids Grid Automation Business Unit in ABB. You will be responsible for direct sales for Grid Automation System and Software Portfolio especially to new names and new projects. Our offerings are spread from automation systems to communication and to software solutions. You will be a part of growing team.
To qualify for this position, you need a B.Sc, or equivalent combined with minimum five years’ documented experience from successful automation products and system sales. It is an asset to have Energy Automation segment You should also possess strong English and Turkish skills, both in speech and writing. Moreover, you are required an open-minded, target-oriented and skilled communicator who is responsive to customers and colleagues’ needs.
İŞ TANIMI
*Expand existing business by investigating new and existing market potential in grid automation,
*Increase orders, achieve targets set ,
*Develop customer relationships across all relevant levels,
*Developing the sector to ensure long term growth of Product Group,
*“Team Work” with other ABB sales and service personnel, to maximise the total order potential for the company,
*Obtain enquires and manage quotations, and direct the preparation of tenders alongside the tendering and proposals team,
*Prepare product/segment budgets for the area and develop a business plan to achieve them,
*Submit a monthly order forecast and maintain a live Prospect List,
*Update and maintain ABB project pursuit tools and customer information databases (Sales Force),
*Monitor and provide market intelligence on current trends and competitor activity,
*Own and drive business development plans for target accounts.
