• Minimum 2 years experience

İŞ TANIMI

• His/her main responsibility area is sourcing the commodity for North Africa Middle East Turkey
• Responsible for negotiation and supplier relationship management and doing competitor analysis for his/her responsibilty area
• Seeks alternative materials and suppliers for better quality and lower cost
• Cooperates with marketing and technical departments, global, local teams in the process of sourcing the most suitable materials with competitive prices
• Takes part in the innovation process and provide prices and samples for new materials
• Contributes to building cost models and ensures to have cost break down of converters and understands fully the main cost drivers and supplier capabilities
• Follows closely the actual and forecasted feedstock movements from various sources and publishes the relevant reports to the region for his responsibility area
• Contributes to the completion of Annual Plan and other budget planning reports
• Follows closely the status and progress of saving and innovation projects of his/her responsibility area and works closely with the local/regional/global teams to deliver the targets
• Suggests saving ideas on his/her responsibility area and monitors and reports savings to the region
• Extracts data from various systems and prepares various reports on his/her responsibilty area upon need/request
• Responsible for preparing contingency plans and contributes to securing supply continuously
• Contributes to preparation of regional / local tender and contract details, letter of intends
• Analyses the price quotations in the tenders and contributes to supplier selection in line with the regional/global sourcing strategy
• While completing the above tasks; is responsible to obey the rules for quality, environment, safety and health codes that the company follows
• Contract management
• Coordinating procurement projects as needed
• Building and managing relationships with suppliers & internal customers/stakeholders
• Measuring and managing overall performance of suppliers
