•    Graduated from Electronic , Telecommunication engineering departments of universities

•    At least 5 years of experience in related areas

•    Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task

•    Good communication

•    Excellent negotiation and communication skills

•    Strong Presentation skills

•    Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

•     MS office applications

•     Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

•     Military service must be completed for male candidates

We are seeking a Planning Expert (İzmir) with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Planning Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

 

The accountabilities of this role are:

 

•    Plan with smart network Technologies (2G/3G/LTE sites, repeaters, femtocells..)

•    To improve the coverage and quality of the 2G , 3G and LTE network

•    Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be planned

•    Resolve customer complaints immediately

•    Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)

•    Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans

o Other Regional teams

o Central functions (optimization,planning..)

o Regional functions (sales, planning, bcok, rollout, site acquisition..)

o Regulatory

•    Tools;

o Planning tools preferably Atoll , Rf-vu

o Drive test tools like TEMS, Actix Analyzer

o MR based tools preferably NCPR, Tetronix, Schema

o Planning&Optimization tools like NCPR, M2000, LMT
