• Minimum 5 years of experience in Call Center and team management,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Knowledge of central and detailed processes of Call Center,
• Following sectorial changes and developments related to Call Center,
• Knowledge of Call Center technologies and systematics,
• Experienced in customer relations, complaint management and customer satisfaction systematics,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market and customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing outbound and inbound operations,
• Conducting CRM outbounds and Authorized Service Evaluation operations,
• Measuring performance of Authorized services and service customer satisfaction through CATI methodology,
• Relaying customer expectations, suggestions and criticisms to operations and other departments,
• Getting feedback from Happy Call line operations,
• Taking part in sales increasing activities, under CRM operations,
• Analyzing and evaluating quality and goal indicators.
