BSH Home Appliances is searching for After Sales Service  Professional (Arabic Speaking)  to be employed inAfter Sales Service Department in Istanbul with following qualifications:

• Fluent Arabic and French knowledge both verbal and written,
• University degree preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics engineering
• Preferably at least 2 years experience in home appliances sector
• Excellent MS Office knowledge is must,
• Eagerness to learn continuously and self motivation to increase technical knowledge
• Strong data analysis skills by using MS excel
• Customer oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working,
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, highly organized & detail oriented,
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication, active listening and convincing skills,
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad,
• B class driver licensed
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare the necessary technical infrastructure (technical documentation, technical support, training...), to provide the required technical service (investigation, installation and maintance) in the customers house and follow-up technical problems on field, to control RIS paper and if necessary by phone, in order to ensure correct warranty cost and technical coding
• Improve the knowledge of customer service personnel in countries under his responsibility and technical support
• Prepare and distribute necessary technical documentation (bulletin, repair manual, test program, ABZ , wiring diagram, ... etc.) for customer service technicians in countries under his responsibility in local language and record them into related systems
• Provide technical support by phone, email or system to customer service technicians of countries under his responsibility and inform related departments about the technical problems received.
