We are looking for Assistant SHE Manager to work in Tuzla F&B Factory located in İstanbul.


Skills / Experience:

• Graduated from university preferably engineering faculties
• At least 3 years experience in Safety & Environment Management Systems
• Has at least C type İSG specialist certificate
• Experience of OHSAS 18001 & 14001
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Legal Process knowhow

İŞ TANIMI

Key Accountabilities:

• Management and coordination of SHE activities in the factory
• Conduct monthly safety meetings
• Following SHE budget under cognizance of  SHE & Security Manager and Factory Director
• Coordination of all necessary trainings (internal / external)
• Managing World class Manufacturing (WCM) activities
• Following the SHE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time
• Support the preperation of safety incident reports, conduct incident investigations and complete necessary corrective actions
• In order to increase the SHE awareness among the employees using all visual or written communication channels
• Coordinating OHSAS:18001 and OHSAS:14001 system documentation and application in factory
• Support maintaining full compliance with all Unilever framework standards and Legal requirements about SHE issue
• Participating external and internal audits, coordinating necessary activities and informing relevant people in the organisation
• Applying risk assesments on Factory out of Office organisations and taking necessary preventive actions
