SAP Solution Manager Consultants

• Responsible for overall SAP Solution Manager strategy roadmap and implementation timelines
• Review project requirements and identify gaps in the functionality of the Solution Manager application in both the project management and monitoring areas
• Design, implement and test ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, ITSM, and/or Test workbench
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP Solution Manager landscapes including integration to third party tools like Remedy
• Manage application in both the project management and monitoring areas
• Initiate, coordinate and deliver development and implementation of system changes and work closely with SAP Solution Manager technical developers to ensure accurate and timely code that matches the designs
• Consult on enhancements to SAP platforms with correct use of SAP architecture
• Create and review training materials, educate Junior Consultants,
• Research new trends in the SAP community regarding the use of Solution Manager
• Responsible for 3. level support: ChaRM Change Requests/Documents and incident management: Handling, Bugs, Questions, choosing IBase component, filling scope, Approval, Status change, component version mismatch, Retrofit, CSOL, XLD, hanging imports, testing

İŞ TANIMI

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position
• Good Knowledge in SAP Solution Manager
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Willingness to travel,
