- BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- University degree
- Significant experience in a similar position
- People management experience
- Budgeting and reporting skills
- Driving license

We are seeking a SME Sales Executive – Fixed with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting SME Sales Manager - Fix of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- To undertake the fixed products sales targets which is given by Vodafone to Enterprise fixed sales channel
- To ensure that the undertaken target to be realized
- To develop a bonus or reward system for the campaigns’ success when it’s necessary
- To make field sales with the channel sales team
- To provide a technical support in the projects
- To follow and finalize the leads sent from the headquarter
- To share the forecast weekly and monthly
- To train the team about products and increase their perfection in the field
- To spread the product’s awareness
- To follow the activations, and make sure there are no mistakes, train the team about activation if it becomes necessary
- To follow the orders in order to make sure they become active
- To report possible system problems or activation mistakes
- To control the operational process, and provide solutions to potential problems
- To provide that customer agreements and documents sent to the archive regularly
- Increase the revenues of the channel (other than commissions).
- Run Segment related field activities to increase foot traffic to the channels and in parallel increase sales
- Monitor P&L of the channel
- Increase the quality of the service through enterprise channel by existing applications or by developing new methodology and/or projects for executional excellence
- To prepare & follow up the budget of enterprise channel by a standard tool and regular reporting
