What do I need to qualify for this job?
* A successful degree (Bachelor’s or Masters) in computer science, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience in the hospital IT environment
* Experience in the field of clinical-radiological workflows as well as a strong knowledge of IT in the radiology environment (e.g., RIS, HL7, DICOM, FIHR)
* Knowledge and experience in SQL and Database administration
* Knowledge of the Windows Server Operating System, Linux, TCP / IP, Virtualization and cloud solutions
* Demonstrate good English fluency in spoken and written
* A willingness to travel of approx. more than 50%
* Intercultural experiences are an advantage
* A high level of analytical thinking to identify root causes and develop solution concepts.
* Strong customer orientation, communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, quality orientation, assertiveness, flexibility and resilience

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
* Driving license is required
* No restriction to travel

 What are my responsibilities?
* Installation and start-up of Digital Health Services (DS) Solutions and products to customers to
+ Ensure components are installed and configured in a timely manner
+ Enable configurations meet the desired customer workflows
+ Ensure implementation is stable and is transferred to Customer Service team in a timely manner
+ Ensure the implementation is properly documented
* In scope of DS Solutions, work closely with customers/vendors/ to: 
+ Ensure timely response to issues/demands/problems
+ Use problem-solving and research skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
+ Recognize when help is needed and seek assistance
* Work closely with Project Management and Customer Service team to ensure proper communication/coordination with customers and vendors
* Provide sales support through visiting customers and partners with sales team as required
