Organisation Management Specialist

• Graduation from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Labour Economics and Industrial Relations,
• 2-4 years of experience in Organisation Management,
• Willingness to continue his/her career as a specialist in organisation management,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong communication and work follow-up skills,
• Good command of Organisation Management literature and methods,  
• Completion of military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Evaluating and finalizing requests and suggestions regarding organisational changes, preparing documents for the definition and execution of the related process,  
• Analysing possible effects of requests for organisational changes on the company and making suggestions,
• Analysing whether organisational structure of the company functions based on the efficiency principle, making suggestions considering business processes,
• Contributing to redesign of the organisation based on current needs, defining powers and areas of responsibility with related parties,
• Providing support in preparing process-based job descriptions of new positions together with related managers and process architecture specialist,  
• Carrying out necessary infrastructure projects for keeping the organisational chart up-to-date and to properly delegate powers,
• Reviewing all the titles in the company and standardizing them in accordance with organisation management principles and scientific methods,
• Supporting and joining other organisation management works,
