QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of ECC/APO system in-depth knowledge
- Preferably minimum 1 year relevant Global/Regional experience in an operational roles in the Supply Planning
- Solid change management skills, Supply Chain Planning Organizational awareness
- Excellent command of English
İŞ TANIMI
The Process & Technology Manager - Supply Planning, in the Business Operations Capabilities team is primarily focused on translating agreed operational business processes into supporting systems solutions including all the integration aspects. This from design to build to deploy and it includes solution testing/sign off and delivering solution training to the operational business through the Key User Network organization. It is also under the responsibility of the expert to ensure all supporting requirements will be documented and made available (i.e. training materials).
Besides this, in the business as usual environment, the expert will support the operational business, based on their needs and channeled through the Key User Network, in those areas where improvements/change is required.
The role of Process & Technology Manager - Supply Planning is covering raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished goods planning and scheduling, as well as the integration aspects /handshakes to other functional areas like manufacturing, procurement and delivery.
In general; Process & Technology Manager – Supply Planning is responsible for:
- Managing and input to the initiatives driven by management
- Delivering supporting system solutions based on agreed process change, managing the process while closely working together with other teams like IT and 3rd party suppliers
- Ensuring global alignment on all solutions provided/deployed
- Delivering “World Class” training materials and other supporting materials
- Ensuring continuous up to date availability of Global Process Model documentation
- Delivering training to the user community through Key User Network
- Helping operational business to identify areas for improvement, areas of risk in supporting system solutions
