QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new team member who will work in Pronet Security Services Head Office in İstanbul with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from reputable university in the fields of engineering, economics or other related departments.
- Mimimum 5 years of experience in similar role experience
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing & digital project management
- Experience in managing and communicating with both internal & external partners, and agencies with good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in performace marketing
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate
- Ability to follow brand new trends and technologies
- A good understanding of how websites, digital marketing, social media and mobile come together
- Flexible, open minded and the ability to work in teams
- Strong analytical thinking and excited of data-driven marketing
- Creative, break-through thinker, a good team-player, self-motivated and result oriented
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
This position will play an important role in growing and improving the digital marketing performance through analysis and experimentation. The role will focus on managing performance marketing initiatives but will also be involved in the overall digital marketing of Pronet aligned with business goals. The position requires a candidate with strong search engine marketing, conversion optimization and online analyse skills.
- Manage, optimize, enhance, coordinate Pronet’s digital channels in line with the marketing activities and business objectives
- Develop digital communications plan that leverage the digital media space and own the execution of the digital advertising elements of the Pronet strategic digital plan.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns using online media channels such as display (Programmatic), direct, mobile, SEO, SEM, affiliate.
- Build design, follw up and measure digital marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Develop digital projects which are parallel to Pronet’s brand communication strategy.
- Familarity with DMPs
- Plan and implement personalization campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns across different channels.
- High proficiency in the use of Google Analytics
- Evaluate and analyze data, traffic sources, patterns, funnel conversions
- Leading digital marketing agencies such as digital media agency, SEO agency, SEM agency
- Using digital advertisement models effectively
- Integrating other marketing communication activities and events into digital marketing activities
- Day-to-day management of digital marketing channels and execute ROI driven activities to drive online lead generation, transaction and frequency (SEO, SEM, display, re-targeting, affiliate)
- Report & analyze all digital campaigns and take necessary actions based on related performance indicators
