. Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in industrial or mechanical engineering),

. Fluency in English is required,

. Minimum 3 year experience in quality in an industrial environment,

. Able to implement and carry out IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 systems,

. Experienced on Production processes (weld)

. Can use measurement devices

. Experince with customer (Ford) is a plus

. Result and teamwork orientation,

. Strong analytical skills,

. No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

The main missions of the role are to:

• Detects and resolves any production issues encountered during production.
• Works in compliancewith proceduresand instructions in the quality management system and is focusedon Continuous Improvement.
• Manages team work at Supplier Park and organizes and follows up all local plant activities.
• Prevents shipment of faulty products andestablishes and follows up the necessaryorganizations required for keepingcustomer deliveries under control.
• Starts and follows up required actionsrelated to supplier,internal production or customer complaints.
• Participates and follows up (potential) problemsuntil concerns are closed.
• Ensures that the customer rejects are analyzed,and thatthe modifications made for the quality system are adaptedwithin thedepartment.
• Ensures that compliancewithquality,environment,occupational safety and health procedures and instruction preparedby FAURECIA Technologies is maintained.
• PPAP documentation
• Participate in APQP and 8D teams.
