Our multinational client which operates in fmcg industry is seeking for a customer marketing manager.

-at least 4 years FMCG experience in sales, shopper marketing, marketing or key account management
-minimum bachelor degree in business administration or similar departments of reputable universities
-fluency in English
-leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
-strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
-no restriction on travelling nationally or internationally

İŞ TANIMI

-building expert knowledge in key categories, channels and sharing this with the customer in order to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales
-organize shopper research for channel and understand key shopping drivers,
-deeply understand "product, price, promotion, place" of full category to suggest customer insights to leverage market share for the retailer in the category
-deploy visibility solutions for KAM/ Sales force to gain interruptions points / multiple visibilities in KA
-tailor all planogram by customers
-optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy
-organize monthly reviews with Key Customers and Top to Top yearly
