Our client which is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of analytical instruments, test kits and reagents for testing the quality of water, aqueous solutions and aircompany is looking for a ‘’SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER ‘’

• A Bachelor degree in Industrial Automation,  Electrical / Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience in either
• Previous commercial experience within a services organization
• Knowledge and experience in: service support / industrial automation / processes / measurement & control technology
• Experienced with MS Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish

İŞ TANIMI

As Senior Service Engineer your responsibilities are:

• To manage and control daily work for responsible region
• Performing services according to the scope defined within the work order
• To act as the contact for and to provide support to the final customer regarding delivered projects and products by offering, spare parts, training, courses.
• Service contract sales for big projects:  the commercial finalization of new and/or renewed contracts and selling new added value services;
• Contract management: monitoring the maintenance of contracts, including all related duties, deliverables and invoicing;
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
• Ability to work safely around electrical and mechanical hazards.
• Willingness to work with products returned from industrial and wastewater sites
• Monitoring and maintaining the applicable budget and quality procedures and advising the Service Manager in this respect.
• As Senior Service Engineer your primary task is regional team management and to perform service duty in Istanbul Asian side and Kocaeli cities.
• This includes offering and processing maintenance contract’s, service stock management, system modifications and to offer new added value services to customers.
