we are looking for a HR Senior Specialist for our global client which is active in the insurance industry.
university graduate, preferably pyschology and/or graduate degree in HR
excellent english
at least 5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company
knows all HR processes, preferably specialised in compensation cycle and payroll systems
will able to function in a matrix organisation, where he/she will be expected to build relationships & participate/lead HR projects.

supports HR Deputy General Manager in ensuring HR department meet their goals
ensures with the help of HR deputy general manager that HR processes – performance management, recruitment, talent management, training etc- are carried out smoothly
supports HR team members especialy in managing the relationship with other departments
provide consultancy and support to HR team members and staff in general.
