QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Sales and Marketing Specialist" for our Sales and Marketing team at Çelebi Havacılık Holding Headquarter, located in Ümraniye İstanbul.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience, MBA is a plus,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a high level of attention to details,
- Process management orientation and Project Management skills are required,
- Ability in business processes analyses, requirements and design,
- Aviation business experience is a plus,
- Salesforce.com CRM Administration, Customization and Usage and Software BA experiences are plus,
- Advanced spoken and written English,
- High level writing and verbal communication skills,
- Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools,
- No travel restriction (domestic and international),
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
Reporting to Global Sales & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:
- Perform research and provide insights regarding markets, trends, competitors, existing and potential customers, identify opportunities and risks and come up with marketing/sales actions proposals,
- Analyze related data in the marketing field to support sales and marketing strategy and activities,
- Prepare monthly Sales Pipeline report in coordination with Çelebi’s Subsidiaries,
- Design and prepare other Global Sales and Marketing KPI reports,
- Perform & support customer key Accounts business plans preparations and pricing studies,
- Support designing, deployment and monitoring of Standard Sales and Marketing processes globally to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality of Sales and Marketing,
- Play an administrative role for global systems & tools used, monitor & ensure qualitative data updates in them,
- Responsible to develop the automated sales tool, collecting all entities processes, streamline in the core CRM working processes, set up working standards and realize Key Account Management System automation as per Salesforce.com CRM system,
- Act as Global CRM project coordinator for new Salesforce.com CRM implementation project,
- Perform Salesforce.com CRM administration tasks,
- Monitor CRM system usage, quality of data and efficiency of processes,
- Suggest and develop innovation solutions to solve business problems/processes that leverage salesforce.com CRM to provide efficiency improvements, and better user experience,
- Design different customized CRM reports and dashboards for various user groups based on their business functionalities and needs,
- Write documentation for CRM requirements analysis, design specifications, trainings, user guides and operating procedures,
- Train CRM end-users on existing or new functionality.
