- University graduate from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience in preferably FMCG in large multi-national companies
- Highly effective communication / presentation writing / presentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong networker and proven leadership skills in cross functional work
- Familiar with the overall business environment and cross-functional dynamics (R&D, Finance, Operations, Strategy) of multi-national companies
- Experience in NPD development (insight generation, concept building, concept testing)
- Research experience - Has proven results of business changing insights
- Strong coaching & development skills for team - must have had at least one direct report
- Must be strong thinking partner to Marketing Director - challenging on actionable insights, tasks to be completed, business impact
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Creative thinking disruptive marketing

İŞ TANIMI
- Lead and manage price/pack architecture
- Review and manage current portfolio and destination
- Continous portfolio/Sku optimization
- Coordinate day to day agency relations
- Coordinate comms activities with creative, media, digital and PR agencies. Develop and manage plans with them
- Coordinate market research activities with S&I team
- Create and follow up A&P budget / Monthly follow up or actuals vs. plans
- Coordinate the preparation of annual marketing plans and individual product strategies for launched and new products
- Develop Brand's long-term strategy to increase brand equity and desirability
- Develop and follow up innovation pipeline fitting with brand strategies with Innovation Manager and R&I
- Lead presentation preparations for internal and extrernal stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of consumer insights and behavior
- Develop validated concepts for new marketing campaigns or new product launches
- Analyze brand performance on a regular basis and develop proposal that will drive market share gain and growth
