•  Contract management
•  Supporting Manager in order to achieve portfolio’s goals and objectives and monitor target delivery (reporting and analysis on VIPs, cash generation etc.) 
•  Analyze reporting and track team’s progress on above targets
•  Leading the TUII price tendering process
•  Ensure the implementation of the Portfolio’s strategies with the countries
•  Coordinating procurement projects as needed
•  Responsibility over a defined part of the portfolio with regards to strategy, supplier management and negotiation. Participate in supplier negotiations
•  Support Category and Procurement Operations team during supply chain issues (e.g. crisis management)
•  Identifying metrics, tools and processes to optimize ways of working
•  Business partnering with the cluster teams but also represents the procurement function globally when interacting with other global functional areas (e.g. R&D, Logistics) being able to temporary represent Procurement Manager with delegated tasks
•  Maintain master data bases updated aligning regional and global information regularly
•  Building and managing relationships with suppliers & internal customers/stakeholders
•  Measuring and managing overall performance of suppliers
•  Gather relevant market updates on the portfolio and understand it impact on negotiation and pricing
•  Track key savings initiatives and coordinate implementation across regions/countries
•  Support the team on the compliance objective, track progress, liaise with UL compliance, Achilles (supplier audit)team to deliver on target
•  Support team on communication of market/cluster updates to relevant stakeholders (cluster directors, category, finance)
•  Lead/Support the key resilience activities in the region along with the cluster proc. Team
•  Lead/Support the Quality intervention agenda of cflex material with key defaulters/strategic suppliers along with the cluster proc. team
