Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
· University degree
· Min. 3 years experience preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG company (experience as a 'Plant Controller' is an asset)
· MS Office (advanced Excel is a must) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Strong analytical skills
· Creative in problem solving
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
· Ability to design/improve processes
· No Military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI
Main Responsibilities:- To prepare, validate and publish internal and group reports of Operational Cost related KPI’s & financials and
- support with additional analysis when necessary.
- Preparing operational cost forecasts for monthly Business Planning and Forecasting process and annual
- Budgets
- Controlling/challenging operational costs monthly & explain the variances vs Forecast and Budget.
- Supporting Operational departments in decision making process working as a business partner
- Forecasting operational costs for new products
- Challenging current controlling processes and leading continuous process improvement to increase quality
- and efficiency
- Representing Finance Department in operations related meetings and cross functional studies.

2 - 5 years of experience
