• 2-5 years experience in Custom Warehouse Management in Turkish Custom Regulation,
• Fluency in English is a must,
• Good level of know-how on Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an asset,

İŞ TANIMI

• Communication with Turkish Custom for performing customs warehouse operations in compliance with BSH guidelines and Turkey Customs legislation,
• Inbound & outbound operations booking tracking into bonded warehouse registry,
• Preparation of application letter for excess quantities (w.r.t. documented) and informing Customs Office. Transferring excess stock to the Customs warehouse,
• Preparation of application letter for handling and informing Customs Office. Then getting permission letter for handling,
• Missing quantity protocol preparation. Contacting with forwarder to start proceed deficiency procedures,
• Informing Customs Office about liquidation limit stocks,
• Info sharing with Import department about customs stocks that are waiting for a long time in bonded warehouse,
• Monthly based stock comparison between Customs stock system and BSH SAP,
• Periodical check for customs declaration. If there are any declaration that are waiting for a long time, sending to the customs broker for close asap.
