QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be employed within Business Development department, we are looking for a “BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST” with the following qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering from a top tier university
- At least 4 years experience in his/her field
- Excellent written and spoken English and ideally with a second language
- Functional experience in the fields of strategy planning, business development, project management, marketing/sales strategies, financial planning and analysis
- Advanced skills at MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office programs
- Experience in effective presentation and reporting techniques
- Familiar with bidding or RFP processes
- Good team player, strong communication skills
- Results driven and delivery focused
- International work experience would be an asset
- No restriction for travelling abroad
- No military obligation for male candidates

- Conducting internal and external assessments and formulating strategies consistent with corporate vision & goals
- Identifying new business development opportunities and growth initiatives while thoroughly assessing macro and sector specific developments
- Researching, gathering and analyzing data on various strategic business development opportunities in different markets and providing insights and solutions
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the industry dynamics (competitors, customers, ecosystem partners, regulators, etc.)
- Building relationships with the project stakeholders and become solution partner for their business needs
- Coordinating external advisors as well as a variety of internal teams during business development effort
- Compile periodic market developments and project status reports for advising top management and providing strategic insights regarding potential risks, opportunities, and other aspects of the process
