Our client is one of the leading law firms. For their future development plans, we are looking for a part time NIGHT ASSISTANT.
 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish required,

İŞ TANIMI

The successful candidate will handle the following tasks:

• Working hours are 18:00pm to 22:00pm five days per week
• Handling incoming international and domestic calls, and providing phone message details by email to Managing Partner, partners, lawyers and staff
• Welcoming guests to the firm
• Support with Managing Partner’s diary management
• Coordinate after hours travel bookings with travel agents for both Partners, lawyers and clients
• Assistance with collation of materials and marketing collateral including firm brochures and quarterly newsletters
• Assistance with maintenance of firm contacts database
• Assistance with library maintenance tasks
• Assistance with data entry work
• Filing and document management
