• University Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent education,
• Fluent in English is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 3 years experience on CRM consultancy and/or development practice with good CRM knowledge (potentially as well knowledge of development) but the work would be more architecture, functional specification, testing, roll-out and support,
• Experience on process design and optimization/system analysis,
• Experience with SAP CRM is an asset,
• Experience with B2B Portal projects is an asset,
• Experience in ABAP programming is a major asset,
• Ability to work as part of an international team, self-managed, very good communication skills and ability to work under stress,
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
• Skill in general organization and managing complexity,
• High motivation for continous and intensive development of professional and personal skills,
• Having experience in working as part of an international team will be asset,
• High personal and timely flexible engagement, willingness to travel and temporarily stay abroad when required,
• Excellent communication skills with international departments in order to give support and guidance as a team player,
• Self-driven, dynamic and high-motivated,
• Analytical approach for the understanding and solving the problems,
• Completed/exempted military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Contribution in CRM Roll in/out projects for the enterprise template solution with international team,
• Supporting the module consultants by implementing the business requirements,
• Supporting the global team for the development/improvement of global products,
• Acting as a business consultant for internal subsidiaries motivating for template solutions,
• Project and/or Sub Project leading by taking the responsibility for preparing documents/processes that enable the process development, project management and functional change,
• Taking a role as a corporate IT member in country roll-in and development projects in order to implement solutions for international usage,
• Implementing Business Requirements for CRM solutions (concept, realization, test, deploy),
• 2nd and 3rd level support for the tickets which are raised from the countries over the ServiceDesk when required.
