Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
Significant experience of security services planning and operation activities on multi-vendor environments

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Fixed Technology Security Service Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Head of Technology Security of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Follow technology to design and develop new security services taking care of cost and performance criteria. Search for new platforms for better performance of security services with new features.
Work with vendors to implement new systems ; POC scenarios, planning and test implementation, deployment
Support EBU for product development activities like pricing, feasibility, strategic planning, product tree, service contracts, SLA documentation, product development and service model documentation
Attend seminars, conferences and other activities about new technology, software & hardware related to security services
Managing security service department’s contracts (customer specific contracts in some cases)
Managing 3rd party partner and vendor contracts
Planning and maintaining security service department’s Capex and Opex budget
Managing relationships with vendors and partners.
Design, setup and maintain security services infrastructure:
Take necessary actions to prevent possible problems in Security Services platforms.
Planning high availability and recovery of systems
Solve escalated problems that might occur on these systems working in cooperation with vendors, outsource companies and other teams in Vodafone.
Maintain security of systems working in cooperation with security related teams in Vodafone.
Plan and attend operations on the systems for fixing issues and keeping updated with new features
Prepare presentations about security services for management
Approve ISO 27001,BCM 22301 business continuity documentation for security services
Attend customer meetings with sales teams when required
Use management tools to
follow and report problems/capacity on the infrastructure
develop proactive and reactive problem solution methods
monitor SLA
Ability to maintain a creative and inclusive work environment.
Ability to include and influence business stakeholders and colleagues in other divisions and departments of Vodafone Net;
Continually assess skills and capability and address performance issues of team members where appropriate.
Sponsor and endorse international team working; ability to work across multiple countries, cultures and business operating models.

Collaborates with Opco technical departments to align details in form of High Level Design and Low Level Design.
Collaborates with 3rd party vendors for sourcing of skills required.
Collaborates with 3rd party vendors for products and services provided, for production components as well as for pilots and prototypes.
Watching further redundancy scenarios in line with the effort to add value for the network.
Engage with relevant technology suppliers and engage with their research and development programs to identify and accelerate the adoption of emerging technology and creation of new business models.
