• University degree in engineering departments,
• Preferably 3-4  years experience in Development Process,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,
• Preferably knowledge of Development  System Tools,
• Analytical minded, creativity, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

• Works on regional adaptation (within global boundaries), assesses, enforces and supports continuous improvement of
  • Product development process (“PEP”)
  • Product roadmap process
  • Engineering change process
  • Engineering variant order process
  • PACT processes, standards, semantics
  • BSH development system (including audit)
  • Project management processes and standards
  • Qualification profiles and measures,
• Supports PLM strategy development processes,
• BPT K2: Contributes to relevant PMTs and GPTs,
• Assesses and comments project application requests that require regional approval,
• Supports division projects,
• Coordinates regional Development network,
• Ensures regional Development KPI reporting,
• Supports cross-functional CTE and RTE topics.
