  • Graduated from engineering departments of universities
  • Good understanding of IT environment and infrastructure in mobile telecommunications industry
  • Good Knowledge of PL/SQL
  • At least 2 years of working experiences on CRM&Billing technologies, products and services
  • Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
  • Anticipate and solve problems with a consensus based approach and harmony
  • Willing to work in Agile Development environment
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Good communication and consulting skills in order to be able to participate and drive customer meetings
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates
 
 


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Agile Solutions Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Agile Solutions Management Function, reporting Agile Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 
 
  • Responsible for Configuration of new products & services or changes CRM & Middleware & Billing domains.
  • Develop preventive actions of incorrect product & service configuration and develop best practices of End2End configuration management process within the application areas.
  • To analyse business requests & needs and help them go on live configurationally.
  • To deploy of new products & services or changes in them related on configuration environments and prepare configuration release notes and guidelines for related departments.
  • Effectively communicates with the customers (internal departments / PDT).
  • Define business requests & needs, provides best time to market for services configured.
  • Do the troubleshooting, maintenance and 3rd level support of the products and services delivered to customers, as long as required. (Analyzing and fixing problems reported by customers.)
  • Produce codes and scripts to detect inappropriate product - campaign- -addon-tariff-service definition on CRM&Billing systems.
  • Reports delivery plan, developments and workings done.
  • Apply change management for all implementations to configuration platforms.
  • Manages the initiated projects on CRM & Middleware Domains or the products which are assigned by IT PMO management / PDT.
  • Coordinates the configuration lifecycle via Agile Development.
