İŞ TANIMI
Overall Purpose:
Reward Support and Archive Administrator will provide support to Reward team in silent running operation activities and will be responsible from care and management of personnel records in HR Archive. The role includes providing support to Payroll Coordinator in payroll and Reward& Benefits Specialist in benefits administration processes.
Key Responsibilities and Activities Expected from Role:
PAYROLL
•Support payroll processes by preparing accounting documents related to payments, internal approval documents.
•Prepare new hire and leaver documents.
•Follow and prepare documents which have to be processed by police department during recruitment and leaving processes
•Follow password requests for payslips and coordinate this with payroll provider
•Enter inflation data to TÜİK forms

•Support invoicing process related to service providers
•Support and follow up documentation related to annual leave reconciliation.

•Archive documents related to employees’ files
•Prepare visa letters and documents in a timely manner
•Prepare copy of related documents during audit
SYSTEM
•Prepare EDM forms for new employees to be registered on SAP system
